Multi-Racks

Expanding beyond a Mono rack leads to a variety of Multi Rack configuration options.

 Multi Racks start in the production range of 150-200lbs of dry material per 8hr shift, up to 500+ lbs/ 8-10 hours. Bizzybee provides several common configurations to hit a target extraction range, with customization and upgrade options. 

  The layout of a Multi Rack will be largely determined by the low temp cooling method and solvent recovery style. Liquid co2 cooled systems utilize more solvent columns, while low temp chiller based systems utilize more solvent tanks and cauldrons. Electro passive recovery is suggested for liquid co2 cooled systems and usually required for chiller cooled systems.
