Bizzybee Multi Racks are extractors built around several large 10lb material columns, with the solvent, collection and solvent recovery capacites to to fully and efficiently extract those material columns.
Multi Racks can be cooled with liquid co2 or low temp chillers. The system layout will vary depending on the desired cooling method. Liquid co2 cooled systems will utilize more columns while chiller based systems use more tanks and cauldrons.
Electro passive recovery is utilized for solvent recovery in the Multi Rack systems design.
We have several common multi rack configurations with multiple customization options.
General throughput ranges for our common multi rack configurations are roughly 200-250lbs per 8hrs, 300-350lbs/8hrs and 400+lbs/ 8hrs (of dry material.)
